I'm also guessing egg mass. Here's an example of snail eggs.

I have nassarius and cerith, any idea which they are?

They look more like Nassarius snail eggs to me. As far s them hatching goes you might see some babies later on, but I wouldn't hold your breath. They'll most likely be eaten by something else or removed from the system via a skimmer, filter sock, water change etc.
