Nah, I have those too. They are larger than quarters and not even close to the same things. I am telling you. I can't find these things anyplace. What I have looks exactly like NGs without the gray skirts. The green extends all the way to the tips of the skirts.

I can see brown in your picture. 100% sure they are Button Polyps just liek the green Implosions.

Browns, I think you are confused. They are all the same things. All of them. Some are just cooler looking. I think some get more hype than others, but they are all pretty much the same scientifically.

Cooler looking is what makes them cool... What makes the difference in high dollar coral and not so high dollar coral is the supply of the coral itself. If a coral is extremely abundant and can be imported from the wild day in and day out then there is nothing rare about it and makes the coral a common coral. When a coral comes from a morph and grows slow then the price gets jacked up. Coral is the same as everything else when it comes to supply and demand.
Also, I prefer many of the common coral over the rare ones just because its what I like, just as you stated. But, Browns is correct, you have a common button polyp. This does not mean its not a nice coral it only means that there is a high supply of them which of course brings down the demand. They are still very nice palys but also much more common than Nuclear Greens.

I hear ya. And I agree with all of that. The problemI have is that I can google nuce greens and find a million of them all over the place. I can't find what I have. I have not seen one single pic of it. I have looked at all the ID sites and have just not seen it. I guess it would help if you guys could see a good pic that shows its true color, but it is not that green implosion. I have those. Those are huge. One of mine almost ate my emerald crab. JK.

Here are the greenist buttons youll find.. highly photoshopped under LEDs. and nuc greens are slightly less green under halides. I think you have green button bud.

I wouldn't say highly photoshopped. Mine look identical to those under LEDs, in person, no photoshopping!! :D

The nuclear greens also glow much brighter than most of the look-a-likes.

No matter the way they are photographed and/or photo shopped buttons just can't replace Nuke Greens.

But when it comes down to it preference is an individual thing. Some pple like one zoa and some like another. Nothing wrong with preferring buttons over Nukes just like there is nothing wrong with preferring Cockateils over Cockatoos or VWs over Corvettes.

LOL. The two coolest cars I ever owned were both VDubs. 93 SLC Corrado and an 04 R32. By far, cooler than any vetter ever made.

MIne look exactly like those. And I don't think they have to be photoshopped just because they are cool. Mine are truly that bright in real life. ANd to say they are "just" like the other green buttons would be pretty lame. They are obviously a different color all together.
