Any ideas what this is? I saw it slithering on the glass after a water change today. I did have a lettuce nudibranch that went missing a week or two ago - is it possible this is it coming out of hiding and it just doesn’t have any chlorophyll currently? Or something else?

I think this is a polyclad flatworm, wait for other confirmations, but it likely needs to be moved to the sump
Polyclad flatworm. Don't move to sump, destroy it. It will lay eggs in the sump and will then populate and eat things you don't want it to.
