Good afternoon,

just wanted to share the word that mike did issue credit for a a fish that died before the 14 day mark, and after some time passed I placed the order for 5 fish, utilizing the credit issued as well as payment on top, and he sent me 5 really nice fish.

1 did not make it thru quarantine, but 4 of the 5 are doing well in my tank. Mike made it right , and for that I am appreciative.

That's great to hear that a vendor honors their guarantee. I'm waiting for the skeletor eel from NY aquatic to purchase. I didn't do it when I seen it on their site last year and I should've.
