I have been trying to contact @NYAquatic for over a week regarding my order and their guarantee. I contacted them shortly after the shipment arrived with photos of the problem. I have subsequently attempted to contact them over the last 8 days in the following ways:
2 phone calls that went to voicemail. I left messages both times
1 email daily 7-9 emails in total
Facebook messenger 3 times
R2R message 2 times
The “contact us” form on their website- 2 times
that makes at least 16 contact attempts on my part. I have literally not heard a peep. Nothing. Not even an automated acknowledgment of receiving my messages.
I have been polite. I will be disputing the charges in the next few days if the silence continues.
I even paid full price for the animal after I was offered 50% off due to a previously received wrong order.
Disappointed in this vendor. I need a refund at this point as I do not intend to order from them again.
