I screen shot it on the first page. Please explain why there was no withdrawal on 7/10 but one on 7/14.

Yes the order was made 7/10 but you didn't withdrawal until 7/14.

If you didn't do it on purpose, then did e-commerce screwed up? Was there a fee? I should not be charged that fee since you didn't deliver.

So, we can see how you handle things. Instead of verifying you just go about denying and name calling.

You didn't even bother to look at the screen shot of my bank statement.

Do you have a screen shot of a statement that proves you received 944.97?

You just keep posting the order statement but that doesn't match what was taken from the screen shot of my bank statement wich included 7/7 to 7/14.

So what exact date did your withdrawal happened? You first said 7/10. That's not on my statement. None of the price match 900ish except the one on 7/14. The screen shot is exactly what was withdrawn.

We were credited the 944 on the 10th as I've repeatedly shown you.
Don't know why your CC only debited you on the 14th, and why they took the extra money, but that's on your end

I just called my bank and they made a mistake on their end. So I am only owed 944.97. I apologize to Michael on that.

Once I get the refund, I will close the thread. I am still waiting for that.

NYA is not necessarily a theft,, but more communication is needed. Customer service was poor.

And you failed to ship on the first promised date of 7/19 and never contacted me. Then continued to ignore me, for more than a week, until I "threatened " to post about my experience.
