Hello everyone. I had another ich outbreak in my tank after hyposalinity so I had to do 70 days quarantine with 30 days of copper, 3 weeks prazi and two weeks observation along with dt running fallow. I’ve noticed white spots on my fish The next day I transferred fish to DT. But those spots disappeared so I am not sure what it was. Now 30 days later I am wondering if I can be sure ich is finally gone or I should continue watching.

Honestly no clue - can you document your copper levels throughout that time? However - assuming I'm reading your story correctly, it could be that ich is the issue. Pictures and more history would help. (since it might not be ich)

They don’t have any symptoms now and the last 30 days.
So all you've noticed is white spots. Do they change (i.e. drop off - and go back to another place) - which would suggest ich.

Mucus cones - or scars can also occur after ich has been treated
