Welcome to the Ocala Reef Club's Forum at Reef2Reef!
The Ocala Reef Club is based in Ocala, FL and is seeking to serve the local community through shared knowledge and experience. The goal of the club is to be oriented towards sharing wisdom from all level of aquarist, from beginner to advanced!
Of utmost importance to us is the policy of staying positive and encouraging with our fellow hobbyists.
We would like to announce our first meeting on November 6th, 2016 starting at 5:30pm. We have talked with Tamara and she has graciously agreed to host the meeting at Ocala Reef.
On the agenda for our first meeting:
-Meet and Greet - of course we should all introduce and know each other and have fun!
-Setting club goals - what do we want our club to do/promote? Do we primarily want to be social or would we prefer to help support a particular cause?
-Discuss and club trips/projects - Aquarium/Laboratory visit? Coral Restoration trip? Aquascaping? Learning how to frag?
-Determine upcoming meeting location and topic - who would like to host the next meeting? What do we want to learn about?
