They havent been released in quantity yet, but there are a few select people who got a unit and have posted reviews across the web. Google around and youll find them.

Think 1 unit would work on a 45 cube 24x24x18?

Yes I have one over my 60g cube 24x24x24. More than enough light for anything you want

I have 2 S026's over a 4' x 2' x 14" tank and 1 S026 over a 2' x 18" x 10" tank and both are growing sps and clams running at 80% blue and 50% white with a PAR of 225-250 at the coral (all on the bottom of the tank).
