Received brown dead corals from oceansgarden.com. Mary (The manager there) says, “There is nothing wrong with them”. I sent her pictures. She says. Those are obviously good corals. Keep in mind. No, color at all, no sign of life. It has now been 3 days in aquarium, still brown no sign of life. Mary now says, well to bad you didn’t purchase 5 day guarantee, they only guarantee alive on arrival. Which they were not. I even offered to drive to them and exchange the ones she thinks are good for ones I think are good. Mary says no you can’t do that. So buyer beware. Mary is not very ethical in my experience. I will add one picture of what mine look like and then pictures of what they are supposed to look like. You be the judge.

(That sounds 1000% fair to me! I guess the vendor's response says it all.)

Yeah that lighting looks full spectrum. Don't think it will bring out coral color. Can you turn light to blue use dome orange filter snd take pictures?

The vendor poctute were under blue for sure.

Your photo doesn’t even look like tank lights are on, just ambient room lighting.

If doesn’t even seem like a tank. It’s like a bookshelf with sand.

Full tank pics please and lighting / flow / parameters.

What are tank dimensions? 24x6x6?

It appears as though something was placed on the exterior of the tank glass to obstruct the camera’s view of the rest of the tank… (top dark section of the .1 megapixel photo…)

This is a very suspicious thread.

Without proper lighting corals will look brown naturally.
