Hello everyone this is my first post on here. I have been a member for a long time and lurked around. I never have done a build long so this will be first time thing for me I hope you all enjoy the ride.
A little history about me. I have been in the for 15 years. Most of those years I spent in the aquarium industry combining my passion for aquariums with my job. I was a general manager of Alfa for a number of years and worked for a large company after that designing and installing a lot of wicked cool aquariums. I personally haven't owned a tank in many years. I left the aquarium industry about 3 years ago and the bug has finally bit me again to build a tank. With everything I have experienced and seen of the years. I have a lot of equipment on order almost everything In this build custom.

If you read all that awesome if not well this is where the good part is. So what is the tank and what equipment am I using? The tank is a custom 36x24x21 rimless made by planet, with external overflow by trigger systems. The ret of the parts and equipment will be trickeling in over the next month or so. This is a real time build I don't have everything yet so updates may be slow at times.

So for now here are some pics of the tank.

I Plan on it being epic. I've been planning this tank for about a year. Here's the list of equipment that will be used:
- Custom 36x24x21 planet aquarium
- custom stand made by me :)
- custom sump, skimmer, media reactors and ato by bashsea.
- complete 2016 Neptune apex with all the goodies
- AI HYDRA 26 hd lights
- sicce pumps for skimmer return and media reactors.
That's the bulk of the equipment I'm sure there is plenty I'm missing and there will be many custom touches to everything. :)

Yes it would i also have a orange and grey theme going to match the apex. I just went all out and had all the filtration made out of orange and grey. Its been about 2 months of waiting to get all this built. The foot print on that skimmer is 7.5 x 13.
