I know somewhere this has been discussed, but, what do you all think would be the highest GPH return pump I can use for a Biocube 32? I just want more turn over than I have now and to get even more flow than than I have now. I have two power heads in there but want more turn over and flow. This is for a FOWLR aquarium. Currently the return is; PULACO 400GPH Submersible Water Pump and the two power heads are; Hydor Koralia Nano Aquarium Circulation Pump, 425 GPH,
