Agreed, you have to be gentle with them as their shells are delicate and fragile. And they will sometimes lose parts of their foot if they feel threatened.Hard to catch without hurting them, mostly, and at least somewhat nocturnal. Possibly they don't ship well? They should be sold. And given that some species breed in captivity, I'm a little surprised no one really seems to have tried it yet.
They end up in tanks as hitchhikers only, mainly because they come out at evening and night when collectors are in bed alreadyWhat's the reason they're not sold ?
