If your looking for a complete setup I would suggest a Red Sea or waterbox aquarium.

@Bryan_pcpm - Just to give my $0.02, the Red Sea tanks are one of my favorites as far as plug and play systems go. Just add a return pump and you're off to a great start. Take a look at their Reefer 350. It's a ~4 ft 73 gallon system. Sounds like this might be exactly what you're looking for

I would recommend doing some research and having an idea of what you want to keep before buying a complete system. Do you want rish only, full blown SPS reef, something in between?

If not, you will find yourself quickly needing to replace and/or upgrade components of that "complete" system. Pay special attention the any lighting or skimmer that it will come with and make sure they will handle what you are planning to do.
