It won't be the last nose dive before the end of the year......with Greece on the plume and the Euro about to crap in it is going to be a long summer in the financial world......Greece is only the first,GB could be the next I know alot of analyst are talking Spain could the second to fall......Either way wait till the weight of the business property sector starts to fall apart from all the weight of excessive real estate flooding the market with no buyers to take advantage of it.....This will most likely be when the Tax cuts expire and tax increases take effect......
