Optical Fluid Sensor pinouts

I have some of the EBAY optical sensors that I'm trying to figure out how to put a 3.5mm jack on it. I found the 3.5mm jacks, I just don't know what cable goes to each of the pins. Has anyone done this or know the pin out arrangement for it? I want to place in my FMM module for my top off vessel.

You will need to cut one of Neptune's optical sensors to figure out the pinout, then verify with your sourced optical sensor for compatibility. It would likely be easier to purchase a Neptune optical sensor...
