The white will not develop more as they grow,it will gorw with the fish,but it will not grow over the fish more,it can happen in rare cases,but its very rare,I havent seen it in the past 2 years now.The white will develop with the fish,it will darken,and it will slowly develop a good black color around it as the fish ages.

Grade A or B, they all look good, once it develope more black it will look awsome eitherway. Nice find.
