Hi,
I have a 20 gallon tank that is currently having an Aiptasia outbreak. I ordered 4 berghia nudibranch, but am worried that my pink-streaked wrasse will eat them. Does anyone have any experience with their wrasse picking at nudibranch? I’m having a hard time catching him to put in an isolation box.

No direct experience but mine solved a Acoel flatworm problem which leads me to think if he sees one he would eat it.

Though pink streaks do tuck in for the night and berghias are nocturnal so maybe that will help

Most fish don't eat Berghia because they incorporate Aiptasia nematocysts (stinging cells) into their tissues.
While most fish find them unpalatable because of this, six line wrasses are known to eat them. For this reason when I sell Berghia, I usually recommend no wrasses to my customers.
