Ordering Spare parts for Aeraqua Duo

Who do I need to call or how can I go about ordering spare parts for my Aeraua Duo protein skimmer?
I would like to get Hose Connectors (No 3 and 9 from Spare Parts manual) I don't know if I can make them via DYI with normal tubing.
