What should I set my alarm on apex for ORP values?

It depends on what your values are. I would watch the ORP swings for a few days then you can set alarms if you wish based on your swings. If you just pick a random number right away you might get hit with multiple annoying alarms. Trust me, if you are using neptune you will be watching fusion way more often than you think. You might not need the alarm after all..

It will vary from tank to tank and is not a very good way to determine if something is wrong. All systems will fluctuate so I would suggest watching yours for a week or so and go from there. Mine usually runs between 300-400 abut that is not a guideline you should follow.
Randy wrote a good article about ORP in reef keeping magazine a few years ago, you can google it.

I'm inexperienced with ORP, so take my comments with a 'grain of salt', and this is simply based off what I have researched....

I have heard that above 350 and below 450 is the 'zone' for ORP numbers. However, even this is not 'set-in-stone'.
Additionally, I have seen most people utilize the ORP number(s) as a guide to trend tank information, vice a 'set' number to achieve. Basically, ORP 'trending' may provide you with information as to something going on in your system.
