Orphek Gateway

I'm trying to get my Orpheks lit up and I loaded an Orphek app on my Android. First off, the Android Gateway app listed in the manual DOES NOT EXIST. The one I loaded doesn't have the same interface shown in the manual. In other words, I can't click 'gateway' to enter the gateway ID.

Any tips from our Orphek experts?

This should help... on your phone go to this site and click on the android app. You can side load the Orphek app directly to your device. Use the manual on the site for the most up to date instructions.

That was very helpful. I'm not the most IOT savvy guy but this was easy to follow. I have to wonder why Orpheks own website isn't as helpful.

Has there been any recent updates to this app?? I have these lights and noticed after daylight saving times change they were off again. I have recent got a phone upgrade to pixel 10 and my phone is telling me I can't install this app even if I turn off all the play protect features, because the app is to old for this phone. I then tried to use an old spare phone I had laying around and was able to download the app but when I connect the gateway and search for my lights nothing comes up. I've tried resetting both the lights and the gateway and nothing seems to be working. Now my lights lost there old programing and are on full blast (or 80%?).

I tried contacting orphek and haven't heard anything back from them. I've got 2 of these lights I bought around 2020 for $2000 and now they are both giant useless bricks. Please tell me there is something I can do to fix them?
