Orphek V4 VS Amazonas 320

I was poking around there site looking at the gen 2 V4 when I saw the Amazonas 320 designed for public aquariums. I see some different models ie multicolor xp 80 blue and "reef day", and single color 14 and 18k.

Is there any reason why a hobbyist with a larger tank say 400g couldnt use the 320? Do you guys see advantages of the V4 over the 320 and vice versa?

I would guess mounting height would have to be much higher with the larger fixtures. Maybe they can put some wider optics in one. I would love to see it over a tank though.
