Moved to another reservoir and LED light solid blue and tank water level needs top off desperately. Power cycle isn’t fixing issue
 
New ato reservoir same old ATO osmo 3

I tried power cycle
Shaking motor under water
Not sure what to do!
 
Resolved! Power was unplugged between motor connection
 
Yes, the blue light means pump on, so if it is not topping up, something is going on with the pump. Usually a pump disconnected or jammed will eventually result in an orange light, this will be intermittent as it will go back to blue trying to pulse the pump to unjam it or reconnect to the pump.
