This morning the controller started restarting over and over. Green light comes on, then all lights flash and it beeps, then it powers off. It does this over and over.

Any thoughts on the potential issue?

Only two possibilities, wrong power supply, i.e. you swapped a 24V one from a DC pump or the power supply of an Apex, or the pump is dead, try disconnecting the pump after confirming the power supply is right, if it works correctly after the pump is removed, it is the pump.

Power supply is correct, test confirmed it's the pump. Thanks!
