Osmolator Universal 3155 flashing beeping

Hello,

Purchased 09/2021. Worked normally most of the time. Now, the controller keeps beeping with both lights hi/low water level red flashing. No water pumping. Any help appreciated. I will send it in if necessary. What are the steps?

This is the water damage indicator, assuming it is minor, which the usual cause is, plugging in a wet power supply tip, it can be repaired. We cannot repair water damage that is severe or affects major components.
