My CAD expert is out on vacation, I'm looking for someone with CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) capabilities to give me the maximum pressure drop across the overflow and drain box. What's the most GPH this thing can handle?

The box (Skimmer) on the inside of the tank measures 22 ½” L x 2”W x 10”D with 22, ½ spacing between the teeth,
it has two 2” Bulkheads to the outside (outside of the tank) drain box, and that has three 1” drains bean-style… what’s my maximum flow rate?

I know I am a little late to the party, but one more factor comes into play and that the height of the discharge.
But in looking at the setup picture wise I am assuming the 1" siphon will be your limiting factor in regards to flow
Using Bean's flow calculator located here you get Ballpark flow of 2000 GPH in a full siphon at 3ft of head pressure. (Will not be able to see it on IOS device due to flash)

I am no expert at the flow but in looking at the pictures I think the overflow may be noisy when if run towards the max flow rate because of the small size, but not positive.

Thank you @Blitzie... I was (still am) considering drilling out the drains size to an 1-1/2", I think with the pump size, head height and other factors I wont even come close to 2000GPH... again thanks!

Two modifications I added to help battle noise, was a internal cover over the two 2" bulkheads effectively routing the flow under and around an internal baffles (see 1st picture above) on the skimming side. The second, and maybe a less effective addition was is a top cover of the skimming side, I apologize for the glare off the below picture but this is the end result.

I hope to have it in place tonight and operation by next week.

Then don't open the holes unless you need to

The gate valve difference is about $20 and and you will have it closed most of the way

also with more of the diameter closed your more apt to clog with a snail or other item
