Just a beware to the buyers out there. This has to be one of the worst companies even worse than digital aquatics. Their phone just goes to a filled up voicemail box and not a single email address that actually works. Not a single way to get in touch with this company for support. BUYER BEWARE.. highly suggest going elsewhere.

I had the exact same experience with them. It's a guy in Oregon who builds them out of his house/ garage. I called and called and called only getting a hold of him once to have the call dropped. Def would never buy his product again

That's a shame. My Pacific Coast chiller has been working fine for about 7 years now.
Hope it keeps on chugging away.
