Pairing a pistol shrimp and goby

I have a red pistol shrimp like this one. I got a banded goby for him but he jumped out before they paired. I am going to put a screen on, but once I do is there a kind that pairs with this shrimp? It's much larger than most that I see and most of the shrimp gobies too.

I’ve had both red and white “pistol” shrimp pair with a yellow watchman. In my current setup I have white tiger shrimp, he is very large and paired with a watchmen smaller than him in literally a few minutes. They are about the same size now and still going strong.
