Hi I fragged my Pineapple Express paly and put it in a low flow area in my tank. Today I saw that one of the polyps blew away off of the frag plug. This is the first time that this happened and I’m just wondering if there is anything to worry about in regards to the paly dying and hurting my tank.

No you should be fine you may see if blowing around and if you do grab it and otherwise no worries you worst case you lost a paly... I would get a frag rack and place my freshly glued stuff there so hermits and snails are less likely to knock it off the plug before it has attached itself and while gluing I always use an accelerator to cure the glue outside of the water this further increases the chances of it staying on

Nah it’ll be fine.
You’ll probably find it in the sump or during a water change. Best case it starts growing where it landed, worst case it dies/clean up crew gets it.
