I know, it's sounds bad, but in west Fort Worth, Tx I got to kill my first scorpion of the year today. We don't use pesticides, in or out, only organic, (good soil w/earthworms and tons of toads and bees). Inside, w/ 3 kitties and a beloved Lab +Aquarium, spraying not an option.
This brings me to wonder, since native islanders "dipped" arrows into green palys to fight enemy's, has anyone ever used them for killing, like scorpions? I have so many in my reef, I turn my rocks over with them on for a couple weeks, they just won't die so I have plenty. I did use my home grown habernero peppers for a spray against fire Ants in the vegetable garden.
I know, off topic, but right now my best weapon is scissors, I cut them in half!
Thx for reading my "post", Debra

I suppose if you don't mind potentially poisoning yourself and possibly having to go to the ER.
