It's hard to do any damage to these palys. They live through anything. Their base is like a softy so it's easy to fragging and they recover well, won't even close up when healthy. Don't have to be too careful fragging. If your worried about palytoxin just be careful but I have handled them a LOT and dragged out of the tank with no protection with no issues. They don't really squirt in my experience which is what I would be worried about for getting palytoxin poisoning.

mine will eat mysis and other chunky bits of whatever frozen food is on the fish's menu that evening.
