Weird, guy said they were palys. They are about the size of a penny though, could I still get an ID?

Palythoa have sandy mesogleas, capitulary ridges, and thin, tapering tentacles. Not good with names but I would guess it is "Armor of God," with the species being Zoanthus vietnamensis
