Par readings for t5 bulbs

I have a red sea c max 260 t5 lights. And I wanted to know what my par reading are. I use two reef spec actinic that are 22000k and one coral life blue light atinic. I also have a reef spec pink. I also use 2 reef spec 15000k blue white. I just wanted to know if it's too much for the coral I have or just right.
And I don't know where to go rent a par reader


I have a few hammers a ,torch, soft corals and one montipora.

Par is going to depend on the bulbs and the distance you are away from them. Do the corals look happy, then its probably enough light.
