Alright! Anybody have one they can post a picture or two? Temperament?

Looking at the recent photos, they look Cirrhilabrus size. I am wondering if they have same temperament as the Paracheilinus octotaenia.

I'm very interested to hear their input as well. Because of their appearance I would expect them to be more like P. attenuatus than P. octotaenia.

Have you found one @HairyGary ? I would love to have one if you've found a source!

I hope so. My Attenuate is super friendly and sits in my hand. But he is still tiny.

Yes. ;) Trying to decide if its worth it or do I get two more Cirrhilabrus and an Octotaenia for the roughly the same price. :eek:

Spit it out...how much! Two more Cirrhilabrus and a P. octotaenia could be as little as $325. I'm probably in at that price!:D:p

TSM has them for $999.

Not enough info on their captive demeanor. If I were to guess I would say more assertive than attenuatus(when full grown), less than octotaenia.

I haven't looked but probably not. They posted pics on their Facebook page Dec 21 and I inquired about the price. I don't know if they still have them.

I have one. He’s currently in my grow out tank with a rhomboid and a couple angels. So no comment on temperament yet. But he’s going into my 960 with lots of other wrasses so I think he’ll be kept in check if there is some aggression from him. There are two established diamond tails in there already from the flasher side. The rest are all fairy at the moment.

I got mine from tsm. Great specimen and very beautiful
