Can someone over there please get back to me about replacement parts for a matrixx ii. It's been almost 3-4 weeks now with no word on when this stuff is coming in. I talked to a gentleman Chris a few weeks ago, after that no one else there can look up an order in the system or tell me any info. This is starting to get a little tiresome chasing parts and people around with no answers.

Sorry for the delay. Unfortunately we are awaiting on Giesemann to get back to us on our request. Chris is visiting with Giesemann this week in China and this is one of the things that will be covered during his trip.

I haven't heard back yet from anyone. How can I find out if the part has even been ordered. I've called multiple times with no answers. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
