Hello,

I am a rookie to these forums. I worked at a lfs from ages 14-24. That was enough to burn me out for quite some time. It was 10 years later that I decided to take a plunge into aquariums again. I started off with a plant tank and got bored out of my mind with it, so this September I switched the 46 gallon to a reef tank and built a custom canopy for it.

Of course as addicting as this hobby is I had to set up another tank. Which is a 20 gallon and was set up 2 months ago. This is my first attempt with a metal halide (250Watt; 20K XM).

I am learning real fast that the majority of zoanthids (at least that I own) do not like being at the top or near it.

Thank you  It was quite a task getting that canopy made, but well worth it. I am real anxious to start gluing the various polyps to the rocks. Just kind of waiting to frag some first.
