peppermint shrimp went dead

I got two peppermint shrimp about a month ago to help take care of an aptasia problem. The aptasia is gone the peppermint shrimp started feeding on misis, today I come home from work and both of them have passed away. All other fish and corals are doing fine???

Are you sure they didn't molt and that's what you are seeing?

No these guys are definitely dead I tried to pick him up out of the tank and it just shredded on me

These peppermint shrimp are ridiculously fast is there any way that my serpent stores got to them?

If the corpses didn't have any meat in them, it's possible they molted and are in hiding until their exoskeleton hardens. I'd give it a few days. How big of tank and what other inhabitants do you have?

Agreed on hiding... Happens all the time

That's what I was originally thinking. They will definitely hide for a bit after a molt.
