Okay, so here are my levels in the attached pic.

yes I know calc is high - I’m sure it’s lower than that, my calcium Hanna checker is on the Fritz, I was over dosing, got up to Michigan and used my brothers and started correcting a bit the past 4 days, but I’m sure it’s still elevated.
I’m surprised, I did small doses of Reef Code A like 2-3 times during the month previous, and that’s it.
I know my nitrates are alittle high - they go between 3.9 and 5+, not higher than 6 or so.
I’ve recently done a few things: added a bio block seeded with micro bacter7, and started dosing micro bacter7. That’s the only thing I’ve dozed other than a little magnesium, (as my brother also tested my mag, so I brought it up to 1320), and that’s it.
The last three days my alk has gone from 8.3 to 8.5 to 8.9, and I’ve got acros showing pretty decent growth rates so I’m confused.
My ph has also dropped from 8.2 to 8.03 in A similar time frame.
And a couple pics of my set up for general idea of what I’m running.

Dropping pH will usually result in increased Alk as at lower pH levels you have reduced abiotic precipitation and biological consumption of Ca/Alk.

In fact, there is a direct relationship for CO2, pH, and Alk. Given any two of these measurements you can calculate the third.

Low pH is usually caused by high CO2 levels which is common in enclosed environments.
