I've had my single-junction pH probe for my Apex classic in service for four years. I calibrate it several times a year. How often should the probe be replaced? I know pH probes don't last forever.

Is a double-junction probe compatible with the Apex classic?

Depends on whom you ask. I’ve seen ranges from 6 months to 2 years. I typically replace mine every 2 years unless it fails to keep calibration earlier.

Guess it might be time to consider replacing mine :)

Probably depends on quality of probe but 1-2 years is what most recommend
