Hello everyone,

Since yesterday my Apex pH Probe apparently quit working, it displays very low pH readings. I tried to calibrate it but the solution is never on "acceptable range", the calibration process runs until times out then goes back to the previous screen. This makes me think it's time to buy a new one (apex 2016 model was bought BNIB back in 2018).

Having that said, I'm on BRS website looking at the probe, is about $25.00 difference from BRS's probe and Neptune's. What would you recommend me to get?

Thank you all!

Never had an issue with any BRS products. Didn’t even know they made an aftermarket probe for apex.
