Well I tweaked it lower since I thought it might have been too high I don’t have a par meter
You can always as your local group (fb or other) or your LFS to borrow their Par meter - it's pretty critical and just guessing is not really what you want to be doing. What kind of lights are those? Can you control the intensity?

yeh its a ai prime 16hd and i will be going to see if they have a par meter
