i dont really test my water too often just started to test alk and calcium daily. Decided to get my first water test from my lfs finally remembered to take water lol. My phosphates were at 3ppm nitrates were okay cant remember how low it was.

I dont have any issues with my display though.
I was fallow for ich + velvet for around 50 days decided to break the fallow period as i was struggling to feed coral and got impatient of course..
My fish were qted and ended up getting ich from my system :L Due to this i feed pretty heavy.
i try to feed a nickle size chunk of lrs 3-4 times a day.

I have no issue with my display no crazy algae growth some patch of gha but the tangs mow it down till its pretty small or the turbos do.

Rodi @ 0 tds replaced all cartridges a month ago.
i dose esv 8ml per day.
Autowater change 1.7g daily with fritz
I have a skimz octa sc205i Rated @ Heavy Bioload (Most Common) - 220 gallons
I have the skimmer turn off for four hours a day. Did this during fallow as coral was paling out.
Should i have skimmer run 24/7^?
my dragons breath chaeto? grows pretty good

i dont have reactors atm so im running carbon in a filter sock shoved in between a baffle. Do yall recommend i should use some gfo or let the phosphate rock.

Stock is currently
2x leopard wrasse
1 yellow corris
Pb tang
purple tang
Foxface
def will be adding more stock.

You will end up using too much gfo. In your case you should consider lanthanum to knock down phosphates to ~0.1 then can use gfo.

If you have room, look into a Chaeto Reactor. They work really well. You can get them at the usual places online. But you can also probably make one DIY out of a two little fishes reactor, pump and some cheap leds off of flea bay. I have a neighbor who has a 90 gal SPS dominant reef that had huge phosphate issues. He dosed Lanthanum Chloride (sp?) a lot. He installed a Chaeto reactor and his troubles with Phosphates were a memory....
