I recently had Dinos and my phosphates and nitrates Kept bottoming out so I was dosing phosphate and nitrate by brightwell. My phosphate was .3 and then kept climbing and was at .9. I added gfo to bring it down and it was brought down to .08 but now my phosphates are staring to go up again in the last two test they went from .36 to now .59. Can anyone help ? So within 3 days it has gone from .08 to .36 to .59

The most likely issue is that when we reduce the amount of phosphates in our tank the live rock releases phosphates that have been captured in them due to the fact that the phosphates are ver high. What I would do is to continue running GFO, and let the rocks continue to release their phosphates. Discontinue all dosing and feeding of high phosphate content foods like reef roids etc. Eventually your phosphates will come to desired levels.
