Phosphate level

My PO is a constant 1.0 in my overstocked and overfed LPS dominant 120. I have upgraded the tank from its original 75 gallon size and the system is 33 years old.
Done what I could to mitigate nutrients-NO3 65-75-but gave up seriously chasing numbers years ago.

My tank is relatively new, about 7 months old and it's LPS heavy. I've been following what I read was to keep nitrate around 10 or lower and phosphate below 0.1. Thing's have been growing fine but I found the coral's color to be getting duller especially my torches. Recently, I started to feed my fish more as they're getting larger and dosing nutrients more than usual. I noticed my torches are regaining their color so I did a test and found my phosphate to be at 0.25 and nitrate around 20. I think I'll stick with this higher level of phosphate going forward for my tank.
