Phosphate question fluctuating question

All foods add a ton of phosphate. There's no getting around it, and, IMO, its not a main reason to select a food.

Ups and downs as organisms metabolize foods and excrete the excess phosphate (which is most of it in the food) will happen and isn't a concern,.
So I shouldn’t be too worried of going from .09 to .25 as long as it’s back down again within 24 hours ? Thanks randy

I do not think there is much data on the benefits or detriments of phosphate changes through the day. I personally would not be worked up about it,.
