Phosphates and Murky Water

I have been struggling with high phosphates and cant seem to get them to budge at all. Tank is about 7-8 months old I did have a semi restart about 3 months in. As of late my tank has gotten super cloudy, it seems to be in the water column as there isn't a ton of algae on the glass or rocks. I have been doing water changes about every 3 days to try and just weed it out and keep them down, but am at a loss and dont really know what to do. I started dosing phosphate e today after my water change to see if that works.

Tank is 50 gallon AIO, parameters are:

I don't have a ton of corals in the tank some zoas, gonys, some encrusting corals. Fish 2 maroon clowns, six line wrasse, spotted goby, flame angel, pygmy angel, 2 cleaner shrimp. I feed 2 times per day frozen mysis. Skimmer is skimming, I just deep cleaned my skimmer and return pump as I thought those may be blowing junk into the tank, but hasnt made a difference.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have dug and dug and just cant find anything to make a difference.

Pictures will help to identify, but 'cloudy' water usually indicates a bacterial bloom. Changing the water prolongs the bloom, so just leave it, a bacterial bloom will exhaust itself in about a week. New water provides fresh set of nutrients to feed the bacteria, so don't change the water till it clears up completely.

In the meantime, you can run activated carbon, that will help clear it out faster. Also run an airstone if you have no skimmer, a bacterial bloom depletes the oxygen level in the water. Besides the oxygen depletion, it is harmless to your livestock so don't worry.
