I recently had Dinos and my phosphates and nitrates Kept bottoming out so I was dosing phosphate and nitrate by brightwell. My phosphate was .3 and then kept climbing and was at .9. I added gfo to bring it down and it was brought down to .08 but now my phosphates are staring to go up again in the last two test they went from .36 to now .59. Can anyone help ? So within 3 days it has gone from .08 to .36 to .59

How are you testing for phosphate?

Nitrate is what now?

I assume you are no longer dosing?

A little GFO seems like a fine plan (assuming accurate testing results). Less than you used before.

Just grow it: Have you ever added CO2 to your reef tank?
