I've always wanted the perfect recipe for lighting periods. I have heard no more than 8 hours to half a day. I'm curious to hear everyone else's lighting periods and what lights they use.

Also the blue to white light timing.

AI Hydra 52, six modules on a SPS 150gl tank
Ramping up from 6am to 9am, then 80% except for violet 40%, green 30%, red 0%. Ramping down for another 3 hours from 5:45PM to 8:45PM No other lights in use. Have been doing this for the past two years.

No perfect recipe but it is what works best for my tank after some experiments :)
