nice! still trying to get light levels right. new build reefer 450. prob only 20" to sand and stack is stacked pretty high.
I’ve since upped my blues and whites again, and all my acros seem to enjoy the increased lights. Blues are now 90% and whites are 30%

For those of you who are wondering, I par tested my tank. These are strong.
Lights hung 14" above the waterline, running 4, 48s over my 8' tank
Ch 3,5,6 100% and others at 50%
roughly 6" from the water, top of the rocks, I was getting 600+ PAR
at the sandbed, 37" down I was averaging 300+ par.
The corners saw about 200+ par.
I got the best growth and coloration down low.

I left it like that for months and some stuff struggled up high. I borrowed a par meter again, had to take them down ALOT to get 400-450 par at the top of the rocks, 200-250 at the sand bed and about 120+ in the corners.
now running 3/5/6 at 70% and others at 18% where they'll stay,
