Photos under different lighting

I have two 60 gallon frag tanks both with different types of lights - one has SB reef lights and the other has AI Prime 16 HD's. Every time I take pictures of my coral in the tank with the SB reef lights they come out so much better than the pictures of the coral in the tank with the AI Prime 16 HD's - I use an orange clip on filter from BRS when I take the pictures - anyone else ever have an issue like this? Any help would be appreciated.
